APPLICATION NOTES:
Guide Rail is 304 stainless steel with a UHMW plastic half round insert.

• Sold in 96" lengths.
• Installation and bending of rails is done by purchaser.
• Rail is bolted to top guide rail bracket using the Guide Rail Clip Kit Q100.
• Use 96" UHMW 3/8" Rod Half Round Guide Rail Q181 on 18" R curves. Q181 is easier to bend than Q178.
• 96" Aluminum Half Round Guide Rails Q180 are also available. Q180 is easier to bend than Q178.
• Q181 UHMW rails cost more per foot and Q180 aluminum rails cost less per foot than SS rails.
• Due to tight radius, the 8" Radius Disk Curves cannot use a standard quide rail. Use Q151, Q152, or Q153.
